It has been specially developed for Ti- and Nb-stabilized CrNi steels such as 1.4541 \/ 321 and 1.4546 \/ 347. This electrode offers excellent welding properties in all positions, good control of the weld pool and slag, as well as easy slag removal. The weld seams are clean, which minimizes rework, and the X-ray-proof weld metal exhibits high toughness properties. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for welding thick cross-sections. Positional weldability is very good, and the electrode maintains its toughness even at very low temperatures down to -196ºC.
