Description:

The combination of FR denim and split leather makes these welding trousers comfortable, durable, and robust. These trousers meet protection class 2, offering optimal protection even in the most demanding situations.

Underneath the leather on the front, there is a layer of 100% FR cotton denim to ensure extended protection without compromising on comfort. The front pockets are equipped with a Velcro closure, while the back pockets are fitted with a snap fastener to prevent hot material from entering. A protected button placket rounds off the fit and ensures maximum comfort. There is a practical tool pocket on the right thigh.

Intended use:

Class 2 – recommended for manual welding processes with high spatter and droplet formation, e.g., manual arc welding (with basic or cellulose-coated electrode), MAG welding (CO₂ or mixed gases), MIG welding (with high currents), gas-shielded welding, plasma cutting, air carbon arc gouging, flame cutting, thermal spraying for machine operation, e.g., in confined spaces, for overhead welding/cutting, or in restricted positions. This clothing is designed to protect against flames, molten metal, spatter, radiant heat, and short-term, accidental electrical contact.
