Description for Diamondspark 54 MC

Fully sealed metal-cored wire electrode Böhler Diamondspark 54 MC, ideal for welding without intermediate cleaning in single or multi-pass applications. This electrode is suitable for both short and spray arcs and offers an arc with low spatter, a uniform weld seam surface, and reliable penetration. It achieves good mechanical properties even at low temperatures down to -60ºC. Main applications include use in the steel industry, shipbuilding, automotive engineering, tank construction, and pipeline construction. It has undergone a CTOD test at -10ºC.
