Properties:
The rutile flux-cored wire electrode has a fast-freezing slag and can be used in all welding positions with both M21 shielding gas and pure CO₂ (100%).
- Uniform setting: All welding positions can be managed with a single parameter setting, which greatly simplifies handling.
- Low post-processing effort: The slag is easy to remove, there is virtually no spatter, and the welds remain smooth and fine.
- High weld quality: The fusion zone is good, and weld transitions are free of notches.
- Material compatibility: Suitable for non-alloyed structural steels and fine-grained structural steels down to an ambient temperature of –40 °C using M21 shielding gas.
- Mechanical properties: The weld metal produced achieves outstanding mechanical quality values.
