Description for FILARC PZ6125 flux-cored wire

This is a basic flux-cored wire suitable for welding in all positions and offering outstanding properties at low temperatures (serviceable down to -60 °C, CTOD tested). It enables efficient welding with a high deposition rate. The wire has excellent root pass characteristics and is available in diameters of 1.0 and 1.2 mm. The hydrogen content is very low, at a maximum of 5 ml per 100 g of weld metal. It is particularly suitable for thick-walled components that are under stress. The wire can be used on the positive pole in the PA and PB positions from 250 A upwards. Recommended shielding gases are M21. Suitable for materials such as S235 / P235 up to S420 / P420 and similar.
