Description:
Seamless flux-cored wire UTP AF Robotic 600 made of a chromium-alloyed metal powder mixture, specially developed for hardfacing components that must withstand high stress from pressure, impact, and abrasion. Compared to solid wires, this flux-cored wire is characterized by smoother welding behavior, produces less slag—even during multi-pass welding—and allows for easy slag removal. The welded material forms a martensitic structure. Thanks to its excellent welding properties and easy handling during wire feeding, this wire is particularly suitable for automated welding processes. Typical areas of application include cutting tools, crusher jaws, and impact plates.
