Böhler Phoenix Blau are rutile-cellulose coated stick electrodes that can be used in many areas for repair, assembly, and workshop welding. Assembly work can be carried out in all positions with consistent amperage. Also suitable for welding on rusty and shop-primed plates. Böhler Phoenix Blau stick electrodes are perfect for tack welding and poor fit-ups. Weldable with direct and alternating current. Finely rippled weld metal transfer. Also well-suited for beginners due to ease of handling. 

Easy striking and restriking. Relatively insensitive to contamination in the weld seam area. Stable arc and good X-ray quality.

Böhler Phoenix Blau stick electrodes can also be used on small transformers and are weldable with 42V protection voltage.

Yield strength up to 420 MPa.
