Versatile rutile-cellulose coated Böhler Phoenix Blau R30 stick electrodes for repair, assembly, and workshop welding. Assembly work can be carried out with constant current in all positions. Also suitable for welding on rusty and production-primed sheets. The Böhler Phoenix Blau stick electrodes are perfectly suited for tack welding and poor fit-ups. Weldable with direct and alternating current. Finely rippled bead appearance. Also well-suited for beginners due to ease of handling. 

Easy striking and restriking. Relatively insensitive to contamination in the weld seam area. Stable arc and good radiographic soundness.

Böhler Phoenix Blau stick electrodes can also be used on small transformers and are weldable with a 42V safety voltage.

Yield strength up to 420 MPa.
