Böhler Phoenix Grün T Stick Electrodes
Böhler Phoenix Grün T stick electrodes for unalloyed and low-alloy steels
- Low spatter formation
- Excellent striking properties
- Slag is largely self-detaching
Versatile thick rutile-coated Böhler Phoenix Grün T stick electrodes for repair, assembly, and workshop welding. Assembly work can be performed in all positions with constant amperage. Predestined for welding in flat positions. Weldable with direct and alternating current. Finely rippled, smooth beads with a notch-free transition to the base material. The stick electrode is also well-suited for beginners due to its ease of handling.
Easy striking and restriking. Relatively insensitive to contamination in the weld seam area. Soft arc and good X-ray quality.
The stick electrodes can also be used with small transformers and can be welded at 42V safety voltage.
Yield strength up to 420 MPa.
