Stick Electrodes Oerlikon TENACITO R

TENACITO R is a basic coated stick electrode that ensures stable, crack-free, and tough welded joints on steels with a yield strength of up to 420 MPa. It offers excellent mechanical properties both in the untreated state and after heat treatment. Thanks to the double coating of the electrode in 2.5 mm and 3.2 mm diameters, a stable and directed arc is guaranteed even at reduced current settings and in positional welding. The electrode is characterized by good gap-bridging capabilities. The resulting weld metal is metallurgically high-purity, resistant to aging, and remains impact-tough down to -60 °C. It is CTOD-tested and provides X-ray quality weld seams.
